    Just back into road riding after finally accepting that motox is a young mans game!

    Picked up a RR6 in pristine condition with just 3500 on it from a well known Manchester dealer and now setting about re-calibrating the brain!

    I've had a few rides out now, up to Squires Cafe and down to Willingham Woods and am hoping for summer to finally arrive.

    I'll have a browse around the forum and hopefully contribute along the way.

    Thanks for the welcome.

    Just nicely back from the BSB meet at Cadwell (literally just beating the rain home!) Those bumpy B roads have convinced me it's time to get the spanners out and have a play with the suspension, the rear end feels very 'lively' and my rear end very tender!

    We go through Barton at least once a week doing our Scarborough,Whitby,Pickering run.

    Nice route, I nipped up to Helmsley via Malton on Saturday for fish n chips

    Do you go through Brigg and Elmsham? Love that section!

    Yeah I know what you mean just wish they played fair, had a close call last week with an unmarked 10 plate Evo!

    If you do, turn left at the T junction (as opposed to taking a right onto the A15) this takes you into Barton and avoids the boring dual carriageway, then left at the end, left at the mini roundabout and you'll arrive at the main roundabout near the bridge.

    I'd like to know why they don't work with bikers and engage in a different way... There're many forces who now realise it's the way forward...
