Back roads to Devils bridge or Hawes, always good but busy. Trough of Bowland is closer, has some good routes and can be quieter. "Over Wyre" is getting too much attention, went to Bikers night at Knot End on wed in the rain, only 3 of us turned up on bikes (usually 100's) and there were 3 mobile speed cameras out in the area, one each!
Not true Blags. I'm doing serious, hard, intensive pre MOT checking on my bike this morning for Tuesday's test. Kicking both tyres, flicking the lights on and off, then an hour of testing the rev limiter, so, as you see, not playing at all. Hi WyreFlyer. Good tag. Welcome to the forum. Remal, been riding adventure bikes for a lot of years, bad back, old age comfy for my wife etc etc. Still love my current 1200GSA, won't get rid (well until new water-cooled comes out next year). Never had a full-on litre sportsbike and finally I just had to scratch the itch.
