Hi all, I have sold the R1 and moved to a blade! The one I bought, I have just found out, was actually a member of the forum's, Hondo. It's a Rothmans 2008 R-6. Not racked up many miles yet but looking forward to when it gets a bit warmer. Anyone else from Devon?
Welcome to the forum mate, not from Devon but not a million miles away in sunny Cornwall. Where about's in Devon are you, as one end of a county to another makes fare difference. The bike you've got now was how I found my way onto the forum, I was looking to buy a Rothmans fairing kit and hondo's pic's and google brought me here.

Thanks for the warm welcome. The few pics I have are not uploading, as they are the wrong size...? Anyway I will take some new ones soon as I get a chance. I have just moved to Cullompton, just on the M5, so a little way away. But we usually end up going down your way as the Bude road from Bidiford is one of my favourite. Still not really bonded with the rr but only done a few hundred miles since I got it last year. Will have to now though as I sold my camel R1 last month which Im gutted about. The plan was to keep it as a track bike but space (and the wife) dictated otherwise. It was a 99 so getting on a bit, but saw off much newer bikes at Donnington. Looking forward to digging through all the info on here - will post pics soon as I can
