Nice. Colour coding is an essential part of blinged up motorcycling!;)

Certainly is Nigel, so you must either have lots of helmets or all your bikes are red :)

You're bang on, but not about the red.

I HAD to buy a new one when I did the Castrol fairings on my 2011, and HAD to buy another to match the RSV:rolleyes:. I should have just bought plain old white and saved myself some shelf space!!

Fantastic lid for the money. I really like the fit.
I was a shoei fan but the prices are now ridiculous and I don't think they are that much better than the HJC.

I'm getting a bit pissed at all you guys getting fancy new helmets.:( Starting to feel ancient in my dirty old AGV.

Might have to hope I can get a faulty helmet and subsequent refund whilst I'm on a roll!:D:D

Reading this thread I was tempted to look at getting a new lid. Then after a ride today I realised I still love my X-lite 802r ultra carbon.

    Some nice lids though.

Still struggling a bit with the size - the XL hasn't bedded in any, and it still feels a bit tight. So went to the dealer where I bought it and he could see straight away from the marks on my forehead that the helmet was too tight.

So he is going to see about getting the internals for the XXL size and swapping them over, as the shell size for XL & XXL are the same. Hopefully that will cure it :)

I was really surprised how light it is. I like the fit....but I definitely think I need the fog insert that came with it.
I was getting a bit steamed up when I stopped at lights...but it could be that I left the chin ‘skirt’ in place, normally remove those.
I use an Arai RX7V every day and after just one use of the HJC the ARAI now feels a bit big and cumbersome.
