I have seen a radiator for sale but it looks like it needs a good clean.
Can someone please advise me on how to do this safely without damaging it.
    Many thanks

If you are referring to the external surface, be very careful if it looks like the strip you get behind the wheel is totally clogged. If it has been used year round, with salt, grit, muck etc, that can go rock hard and corrode and is impossible to clean and you end up with about 30% less cooling effect.
Exactly what happened on my RR6 when I got a serious back injury and the back was left for a year and it just went like concrete.

De-greaser to remove the crud and Air to remove the other crap when wet and after when dry. Worked a treat on rads I have cleaned in the past
