Iannone has been temporarily suspended from all Moto GP involvement following the failure of a urine drug test taken after the Malaysian Moto GP
Huh? Is Botox a banned substance?! In a way it's a shame. The guy has some serious talent, but his focus seems to be misplaced. No shortage of eligible riders available to take his seat though!!
So he took a performance enhancing substance and was still crap?? Didn’t think that through did he?
and we are surprised about this the mans a fool most people would give there right bollock to be in his position to busy on Instagram and twitter for my liking as Mcguinness said ages ago wasted talent
We're forgetting that he actually ran at the front and led the Moto gp race at Phillip Island at the end of this season!! Maybe he double dropped the night before...... so they must work!!
Nothing is for life in motorcycle racing. Fenati returned and now Danny Kent (knife offence) will be back on a Kawasaki 1000 in the National Superstock 1000 Championship.
Like my last thread What Has it all come to? Fabio Quartararo Should be banned for life for what he done and know so should Andrea Iannone Make an example of these people Fabio should be in prison for attempted murder and Andrea a lesser sentence of drug dealing
I don't think there has been a suggestion of Andrea 'drug dealing'. He was found with a positive urine test to drugs after the Sepang race. He has the right to a second test, but like all great stars, including Maria Sharapova, there is little likelihood of the second test proving otherwise.
Did he buy the drugs Nigel? Yes Well he must of dealt probably just my thought process Just read the Danny Kent one as well Ban him
Drug 'dealing' is selling only. He could also face prosecution for 'possession' that that would be a police preferred charge and not one by the FIM, and would, of course, actually have to be found in 'possession' (on person, in locker etc) of the banned substance.
Haha all this talk of drug dealing and banning for life, the steroid was probably in some kind of medicine or supplements he was taking. Similar to what Haga was found to have in his system and it ended in him missing out on the WSBK title..... Or was that another year? Anyway he's not a drug addict he's a highly trained athlete. Much a do about nothing
Was Anthony West a highly trained athlete too? https://www.autosport.com/motogp/news/138708/exmotogp-rider-suspended-over-queried-drug-test https://www.motorcyclenews.com/sport/motogp/2012/october/oct3112-west-fails-drug-test/
