Today is being spent preparing for a job interview tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed, legs crossed, in fact anything that can be crossed is crossed. My presentation is ready, shoes shined, haircut done, travel arrangements sorted.... It has been many many years since I had to go to a formal interview, thinking about it, probably 1976 when I had my formal interview to join the Police, so I am starting to get a little nervous now. Oh well, all I can do is give it my best...
I've been contracting for decades and so interviews are an occupational hazard. Biggest thing is to remember that you are also interviewing them From the other side of the desk I don't like interviewees who don't know their own CV, makes me wonder how much is made/covered up Good luck though!
Easier said than done but just try to relax and be yourself. If it's meant to be it'll be. I've just started being on the other side of the table in the last couple of years and I've been pretty much as nervous as the times I've been interviewed myself. Perhaps remembering that your interviewer is probably nervous too will help. Good luck with the interview. They're never anywhere near as bad as you make out in your head when you're waiting to go in.
Good luck T.C. The amount of help you've offered to various people on this forum you more than deserve it. All the best for tomorrow.
Depends if you’re into women I suppose, though Imtake your point....latching of your prospective new employer is probably not a good idea
No... I meant....if the person interviewing t.c is a woman, and he imagines her in her pants....then laughing at her may be the least of his problems
