At about half past one, with one eye pasted almost shut and the other one screwed up tight so I could focus on the screen I was watching a directors cut version of Bladerunner that I couldn't for the life of me remember seeing before, until I eventually worked out it was a two hour long "making of" documentary.

Still, I'm raring to go this morning, waiting to meet a sulking Jeanette for an afternoons shopping. Sulking because I said " don't be bloody stupid" after I asked her what she wanted for her birthday and she told me.

Don’t me such a misery guts it’s her 50th....give the lovely lady what she wants; I am sure she deserves it. What it is by the way?
I have got to admit Ling was surprisingly chipper this morning, up and showered and buggered off to have her hair cut. I have hardly moved other then to feed the cats and the chickens, I had a word with Kevin and he seems to be keeping his beak shut for now. After one dump, three large espresso’s and two gauloises my nervous system seems to be kicking back into life, I might even pluck up the courage to go and have a shower in a minute.

    Absolutely Jimbo.
Any decent human would stay home if they knew ther were still under the influence, it's totally irresponsible to knowingly turn up for duty knowing your still goosed from the night before.
What grips my shit though is the company policy. IMO if your bagged you walk. End of, let's face it, if the police bag you your fcuked so why not at work?

    I got up at 4am,
made the Next sale for the furniture to match the stuff we've already got that next discontinued after 6 months,
    come home,
    re-assembled said furniture,
    had brew & bacons,
    Slept for a few hours,
    started to tidy the house,
going for a blast on the damp roads and a brew & late lunch at the H-cafe.

I'm still not quite certain. The sound of the blood rushing through my ears after I heard the word "single carat" got so loud, I didn't hear the rest.

    Are we still tippling?
Had a brandy and coffee whilst polishing the blade, ok so I started at one, but I'm day off and starting nights tomorrow midnight.
Polished the wheels and Mrsb rewarded me with another brandy for a good effort, had a good clean everywhere else, and admired my handy work over another brandy.
Moving inside I'm now cooking Madagascan Lamb, to do this correctly you need to have red wine. Merlot if possible, just so happens I bottled a gallon up the other week so stood over the iPad with a glass of that too I'll update later, if I'm still vertical ;)

Just got back in after a nice ride out, a few wet sports but it's dried out a treat around most of here, got caught in the rain and got to the H-cafe too late as it had already closed so missed my brew and cake:mad:. Now for a nice beer that the wife's brought me :p
