So I lost my bike key and now using the spare. Any ideal where one can get a reasonably priced blank to have spare cut? Are Honda key blanks all the same or do I need a specific part number?

Honda seem to want £££ for the genuine part.

I don't think you will find a reasonably priced one. This is what you need :

https://www.fowlersparts.co.uk/parts/view/35121-MGP-D63 £75.22 plus £20 ish to get a locksmith to cut it

Or you could get one off Ebay cut to your code / picture :

    https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Honda-HISS-key-cut-from-code-or-picture/224104687000 £100

It doesn't end there - you then need to get the key paired with your bike. You can get kits to do this (£25 ish) from Ebay https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223986882999 - or get a Dealer to do it £££.

    Cheers,

    Ian

Take good care of the remaining key - it's a major issue if you lose both keys.

Big relief. Found my key. It fell out of my pocket into the snow as I was locking the garage. Snow has melted and there it was. Lesson leaned.

Excellent - that's probably saved you £150+ at a Dealer or a lot of hassle!
