    O.k....just after a few beers & 3hrs of Youtube motorcycle crashes,stunts etc.

Why, Oh why won't people wear correct gear on bikes. Just watch these idiots wheeling @100mph & scraping along the freeway with road rash that no skin graft will fix.

    Flipflops,runners,shorts, t-shirts???

Now, everyone to themselves, but as a youngster, I remember falling off my pushbike at maybe 10mph & thw road rash I endured was something you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy.

    I'm bemused!!!

I must share some guilt as I often ride with tracky daks complemented by light boots and leather jacket. We all fall prey to the 'I'm just going down the road' cliche, and in many cases that's when the drama happens.

On the Harley, it's a full face helmet (Biltwell Gringo S), jeans, boots, gloves, long sleeve shirt and my cut. On the SP, it's all out assault gear. Armored, padded and protected.

Got to admit I've ridden pillion on a Harley in Florida in open face, T, shorts and converse and it was bloody lovely in that hot balmy weather...
Sometimes nip to shops in my tee too if it's warm. And if I had a Piaggio scoot I'd go full italianio too. Not saying it's right but we should always retain the freedom to choose :)

If you don't mind me saying @Spygoat, your boyfriend could use a gym session. You, on the other hand look a fair bit younger than I expected.

It's the waiting that I can't stand! I feel like I'm in a holding cell underneath the court!

I've just realised it must be something to do with the USA/UK time difference.

Bell ends the lot of em! But hey who are we to judge. It's massively frowned upon by who I would call 'proper bikers' but let them get on with it I say. I would never ride with said bell end though!

@Lozzy I'm with you on the Piaggio or Vespa..... I can see us scooting round the Amalfi coast with open faced lids, shorts, linen shirt and loafers...... What you wearing?

Chill out @bazzashadow you can come too......but not on that Rat bike with High Viz vest and Rigger boots your not! ;):D

It’ll be like the end of the sopranos won’t it? #####SPOILER ALERT - Some 12 years after but you never know who’s not watched it all yet ####

When Tony got shot in the back of the head, in the the restaurant with his family, by the guy coming out of the toilets. It’ll just go dark as the bullet blows out the brains before the sound reaches the ears

I will say Paulo when I was test riding the bsa with its no brakes and no suspension and just deadly to ride I would roar(used loosely;)) around the block with just the work trousers and tee shirt I was in and sometimes no helmet.
I love riding like that but in the back of my head I know the gear on is right and when I had my off the textiles took a beating and I (skin) was fine:)
