    I wouldn't try & over think it Dan. All said & done, the forum is pretty much an autocracy & the moderators word is final (well, Rob's).

    A) Bike of the month - Doesn't have to be worthy of international accolade, just a decent pic of your chosen steed. Camera phones take decent enough pics. Maybe even post it in the top banner for a month?
    2) New member of the month - just for joining & getting stuck in
    III) Raffle the 'big' prize of the month for a quid a ticket. Payable by PayPal & goes towards the running of the site, the sheering of your mullet or the actual cost of the good & the surplus to charity (remember the 1000rr nominated charity thread?)
    Delta) Something linked to forum stats?

    another idea for the competition, which member can recruit the most new members, this will only benefit the forum and help it grow even more

    This is what u was thinking mate,
    First member to get they're name mentioned by 3 new members gets a prize

    The other idea I had was to award the member who holds the activity award at the end of the month with a hoody .

    Last time I checked Benn had it but I'm not sure they do 1 to fit our resident gentle giant lol
