Nice shiny nail in the rear this morning (ohh err!)

Needed to change the rear anyway but I thought sod it and got a set of Power Pure's to be fitted later this afternoon.

Gotta say I love the tread pattern. Hopefully they are better than the OEM BT015 in the wet :woot:

Had them on my R6, were awsome tyres. Well balanced for the road in all situations. Ill be getting them again as soon as my OEM's are worn.

Wow, turn in is so much quicker than the stock tyres. Normally I can't notice a huge difference (usually a Dunlop & Bridgestone man) but these Michelins feel very quick.

They are also very light - the tyre fitter commented how light they were.

Having changed from 2CT's to Pures I totally agree about the turn in, definitely noticeable! Both are great tyres!!

The guy who fitted mine told me to go for these. I thought hmmm, this guys trying to make more money out of me. But i went for it anyways as the leaflet sounded exciting. Oh boy like its been said above, the bike seemed to be conrering its self , soo easy to lean/turn into bends. Like i said in previous post ill be getting these on after the oems.

Anyone here running a 55 profile rear?
I'm on 50 profile Pilot 2CTs and am perfectly happy, but the track geezers seem to rate the properties of the higher profile tyre.

I have had 2CT's on my triple after only using Bridgestones and loved them. Just need to see what tyres come on my new blade tomorrow
