Spike Edwards - "How I Ride" DVD triple pack. Contains DVD's for Cadwell, Donnington and Snetterton. £45 posted. Includes the round sticker that he uses for cornering reference on his screen.
Still in the drawer. I was going to ebay them, but never got round to it as I still keep going back the Cadwell one. They're all worth it, teaches you the lines, where to brake, where turn in and where to apex. I'm starting to learn some of corners better now as I'm getting my knee down at the Cadwell Barn and Charlies 2 where I never used to before because they're a later apex than I always thought they were. Also shows how you can go round some of the corners more quickly than you would have thought. There's a bit on the Donington disc that goes into an explanation about going up a gear early in to Craner Curves so the bike doesn't rev out as you naturally pick up speed going downhill and saves changing gear mid corner. It all makes sense when you watch it.
