Used to ride many years ago, first Mx bike at 9 and gave up at 16 when I discovered girls and had to pay for it. Definitely go for it. It’s hard work, when I used to go MCN sent a few “hardened and good” road riders to the track I practiced at - they couldn’t even stand 3 laps iirc. It teaches you so much what you can get away with on a bike with regards to traction etc.
Don't get me wrong..... I started aged 8 on an MX bike. We had a bit of land in the back garden with a figure of 8 track!!! I was sideways before I even knew what it meant!!
Great pic mate! I think most of us discovered bikes from a young age. I’ve got my dad to blame for my love of them. when I was a kid I could tell you what bike went past our car by the exhaust note, or the headlights. That’s where my love for the TLR came from, I had to have one as my first big bike!
