    Hi all,

So I'm at a bit of a quandary,
I'm after a set of frame protectors in twill weave for an 06.
After a bit of searching it seems that most of the companies that do them, only do them in plain weave.

I've currently got, heal and chain guards, heat shield and rear hugger in twill and want to try and keep the look.
But failing that, would it be acceptable to mix twill and plain?

All that matters is if it bothers you or not, sod what other people think.

    Hi lardytkd
I've got parts in plain weave and parts in twill weave on my bike... simply because sometimes you can't choose when you buy. But it doesn't really bother me, and i'm a little bit "perfectionist" (but maybe not enough for you? :p )

So as Barstewardsquad told you, it all matters about what do you think ;)

Yeah I guess it is down to if it bothers me or not. Think I might bite the bullet and go for it.

Anybody recommend and specific carbon companies. I normally use zero-limits, but they don't do many parts any more.
