Looking at a 'supposed' TT Legends on ebay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/133074019284?ul_noapp=true I noticed it has the black tank badges as supplied with Chinese fairings so messaged the seller who indignantly messaged back and told me of course it's original, don't waste my time. Might change his tune when he realises I presently have the highest bid, but I am next to positive it's a dud bike. If no one tops my bid I'll just withdraw.
You have spotted that its an ABS model @nigelrb - I’d be more concerned about that than is there or isn’t there a hint of red to the badges
@nigelrb, bung your specs back on and have a closer look. Also, where the fek will you put ANOTHER bike
I’ve stopped asking that question - reckon he’s killed one of the neighbours and is populating their lounge
Now THAT is very interesting because a 'second chance' offer could have been sent to the next highest bidder which was £5,000 as against the winning bid of £5,100. 'Bad feedback' is not a reason for a sale not proceeding, but more than likely the winning bidder - who had been bidding over SIX days viewed the bike AND THEN reneged. A seller isn't going to publicly say that the bike wasn't up to scratch.
