Yeh, feel for you and all the others. I guess it's the hanging around that is more the prob than anything else. Telecast mentioned it cost Josh Owens 13,500 for his 'Wildcard' entry. That could be well and truly down the drain now.

Well finally got home, what a massive disappointment that was, kept us hanging on all day for nothing......I knew it wasn't happening at 12 of clock!! Anyway I got too see warm ups and I think Jorge was waving at me!! Or was he signalling rain?? Managed to get into club corner Grand stand as half the people had left but we were promised racing at 4.30pm but then the final insult was dished out over the Tanoy!! Great view from there though so I'm booking for next year!
Just put a few Aussies on the commission that decides what conditions are safe to race in..there will never be a cancellation or delay.
