Most of mine have been sold and usually for around what I paid for them and in a few cases for more, all except one which ended up as below!!!
Hi Jimbo, thanks for the reply. I suspect I'd keep them all if money (and space) were no object!! I wandered around Blades of Swindon today and said to one of the guys in there that I'd like enough money to buy 2 of each if the most beautiful bikes in there - 1 to ride and 1 to display in my huge lounge (assuming I had enough miney for that as well)!! Personally, I won't be looking for any of my other bikes. The Blade was and is very special to me so I shall just focus on making and keeping her as beautiful as I can - whilst enjoying a good blast now and then
Thanks very much Steve ... it seems to be that many of us would. I have no desire to find my old cars - I think you just have a different and more intimate connection with a bike.
Hi Manfred ... I was the same - sold a CLK in North Devon and a couple of years later parked in front of it in a Supermarket car park in Clevedon!! I was never interested in having it back though. Glad you enjoyed the story
