From my perspective the car has right of way as it was already into the roundabout. You had adequate advance sighting of the vehicle's manoeuvre. Therefore you should have taken up a position behind it rather than try to overtake on the inside. To me, it is 'over aggressive' riding. Just saying.
In Portugal right of way is for vehicles already circulating in the roundabout. Vehicles entering the roundabout have to wait. Also, there's 2 lanes there. Car was on the right lane, and I positioned myself on the left lane. If there's 2 lanes, I don't see the point in using just one. Then, the lady just turned in on me, without looking or using her turn signal. Also, when she did notice I was there, she simply kept coming closer to me. EDIT: I missread what you said about the right of way. Yes, the car was already there, but once again...there were two lanes.
