So have a new Matt black blade ordered for the wife which we get on 21st of this month..
Well she says it's for her but I know she would rather have the one I currently have, so perhaps we will just say we will have a two blade garage. She might even let me take it to the TT.
Got a good deal, on 0%, and managed to wangle a free tail tidy fitted on it too.
Two Wheels in Edinburgh. Only motorcycle dealership in Scotland that I've been to where they are actually interested in helping you. And thankfully it is a Honda one.
The guys couldn't be more helpful, and I'd highly recommend them.

Anyway, been looking at some extras to get it, and trying to find the best cost on an end can.
Been looking at Yoshi (decent price), Scorpion (decent price), Akrapovic (too expensive).
So think it might be Yoshi, unless anyone can suggest otherwise ?

Anyone know if levers for older blades would fit the new ones ?
Are the E-cushion seats for the new ones ?

Need a dark screen, so gonna go for the Zero Gravity double bubble dark smoke like I have on current one too.
I like a lot of the Yoshi stuff, but there isn't a lot for the new blades other than bar ends, cotton reels, whereas my current one has engine sliders, chain adjusters, tail tidy etc.

Good move, and a nice looker in matte black, judging from @dainesefreak's pics of his rarely-ridden machine.:)

Yoshi has always had a good reputation for performance and sound. I have one on my 2011. But, I wonder if they now look a bit dated. There have been many postings about exhausts of late, and I think the look of the Racefit (as @PauloHRC) and Austin are more refined and symmetrical with our bikes.

Just checked the levers on my 2011 and 2018 and whilst the moulding shape of the actual lever is more 'ergonomic' on the 2018, the mounting point and bolt holes certainly appears to be the same. I remember when ordering my Bad Dog levers, that there was a distinction between the ABS and non-ABS model brake lever. For whatever reason I could not fathom. Just a point to watch out for. Finally, I bet you're looking more forward to the newy than your wife is!:)

I have ordered a Scorpion Serket Taper in carbon for my Matt Black blade. There are a few videos on YouTube if you want to check out the various options, including one which shows the carbon Serket fitted to a Matt Black with and without the db killer. It's not too hard to find a code that will give you at least 10% off the RRP and it's a reasonable price already.

Check out the Puig screens. I fitted a light smoke one to mine and I'm pretty pleased with the looks and performance.

Yeh I looked at Racefit as well, and like the look of them.
The Scorpion version of it looks just as smart.

I have a Yoshi on my current 2013 one as well, and love the sound on it.
And I absolutely love the blade that I have, and only bought the new one as it was the only one she wanted.
Well, other than the SP but I couldn't stretch to that.
As an aside, I was told by the Honda guys to check Calsport/Performance Parts for end cans as they are usually cheaper.

Thanks for the lever info, I'll keep an eye out on it.
Is it Bad Dog you have on your 2018 ?

Yep, I have a note of the Scorpion Serket one as well, and it looks good as well.
I am off to NYC next week, so was even looking at what is available in the US in case I could get it cheaper there.
Honda place have said that because they couldn't throw in an end can for me, that if I did get one they would fit it for free.
    Great guys all round.

I did like the Zero Gravity screens, but will check those others too.
ZG one is only £87 odd.

    Cheers for the info mate.

My bike may well have a 100 miles on the clock by the end of tomorrow. ;)

    I've got a Puig dark smoke screen on mine. Decided to go back to the Puig screen after having one on my 2015 Blade for a number of years. Queue for tarty picture;

    Very nice mate.
Your garage could do with some decoration though. :D

Anyone got radiator and downpipe guards ?
I have these on my current blade, but would definitely want them for this too.

Plenty of room in there for other bikes though. :D

R&G and I think Evotech do rad guards.

I fitted an Evotech rad guard to mine. Seems good quality although I'm no expert. The instructions were a bit sketchy but it went on OK.

I tried to use that code today but it didn't work! I contacted them and they said the leaflet I had been sent was riddled with errors and was actually meant to expire March 2018 but had the date July 2017 on it. They said as I'd been sent the leaflet they would give me the 10% anyway. Here is a copy of the leaflet, you might be able to ask the same question.

    Late response.

I have R & G fitted to my 2018. It's in their catalogue. About 87 quid inc VAT.
