Lo all Just got myself a 09 rr, ive had many bikes rsvr, bmw gs, even the Blackbird, but just traded in the gs for the fb, had my first ride out this sunday, and i have to say im over the moon with it, i thought the blackbird was fast but this is a different fast lol. got a few tasteful mods on the way, screen, exhaust, tail tidey. look forward to banter on the forum and any advice i may need, fingers crossed i wont need any as its a honda !
Hi and welcome along to the forum. Also had a Blackbird along with my Blade for a few years to take the missus on tour. Great bikes and Honda are missing a trick in not bringing out a new 1.
Miss the gs naa ,, they are good bikes but just don't have that smile factor. and they are tall if your off camber on a road and try to touch the ground your buggered and over it goes, hence me dropping it 4 times lol had the bird for the same reason 2 up with luggage and it still goes like stink, and your not wrong with them not doing a updated one.
Welcome aboard, mate. I'm new to cbr's, had a run out on my recent buy, love it. Much easier to hold a neutral line on a bend than my SP2.
