    Hi

    New to the forum, from Norfolk have a 2010 Cbr1000rr.

    Looking for some suspension settings for a 16 stone rider, I've had a look through using the search and can't find any! any help would be much appreciated :)

    Best thing you can do is fit a 2012 onwards rear shock, visit a suspension workshop ( MTC , KAIS or go to a trackday and get the guys there to set you up for the road, Parkitt I think they are called , about £40 )

    cheers for the quick reply will have a look into the 2012 shock then get it set up :)
