    Hi

Bought a 929 (am I allowed in if it's not a thou???) track bike last month. Have done about 9 TDs mainly on my 999 but after I holed a piston last October thought I should by a cheaper to fix /more reliable bike for track. Booked for Donny in 3 weeks (gulp ) and Silverstone in May but will be booking more soon. Can't wait to ride her, never ridden a Honda before!

    With the 929 Blade and 999 I have a 996 and 600SRAD that doesn't get out anymore.

    CR

Welcome, CR. First up, I think we would all like to know the story behind the tag!!

Second up, you just scrape in with a 929.

Third, with all those track days, and planned TDs, you're far ahead of many of us and will probably have some good tips to offer. I'm sure you'll find the 929 well at home on the track. Cheers!:)

Hey, it's the meteorological 1st day of Spring. They go 1at March to 31at May because it screws with their statistics if it keeps moving.

I appreciate it's not massively Springy out there today  but I committed to this 1st day Spring thing about a month back and I'm sticking with it now!

Can't wait to give the 929 a thorough thrashing!!!!

Oh, you mean Cream_Revenge? Long story, not in any way sexual which most people think.

Cheers, I'm being dragged kicking into the present day. I liked the late '90's and early 00's. Men were men, bikes didn't need blippers and traction control, beer wasn't £5 a pint and my back didn't hurt.

Welcome chap. You’ll fit right in here. Nice to see someone who can afford to bin it with all them td’s. Something I could never do. It’s why I never raced even though I was advised to.

Can't afford to bin it which is why I bought a cheaper bike and not riding the Ducati's on track. I should get most of the £££ back if I have a big(ish) off. Having said that track days are bloody expensive full stop.
