    I dabble with silencers n link pipes as well mate. Been talkin to Jimbo about making a serpentine link pipe, a la Yoshimura and Akra !!! Got any spare time on that CNC machine for some bling bits for the boys???

    I wish mate. I've been trying to get into the machines for the last 2 months to make up some rear sets n stuff. Can't believe the price they charge for a couple of bits of ally that a could rattle up in a day. All I have to do is get a hold of a set to get some sizes off them n al make ma own and a few others. No promises but if I can al try n get some stuff done for the guys.

    Aye a wouldn't b milling that on a manual mill mate. It's just a bit of angle plate way some chamfers n a slot through it but soo much easier on a wee cnc machine.

    You've got me interested now. Do u have sizes or anything or is it just a case of making the sketches up myself.

    Been waiting ages for Dan to get some measurements to me. as soon as I get em , so will you. We measured the top brace on Nutty's bike at 30degrees to horizontal.We need the distance from the outside of the brace to the inside of the chain! If I had a manual mill I'd use that and they won't let me use the machinery at work any more. H&S bollox!!!

    Ah ha the good old H&S bollocks. I can get into the small cnc mills during O/T if they're no too busy. How many we talking?

    I'm sure there's enough on here that would be interested that it would be worth running a CNC programme to make 6 or 12 of em. Gonna PM my moby number for a chat mate

    Think Nutty's is an 09. Are all 08 to 11 Blades the same???

    Yes mate 2008 to the new 2012 all have the same swinger and chain guard etc

    Totally different shape mate . They are a lot longer and a lot lower angle on top where we would be bolting to .. My mate has a 2007 that i could get pics and measurements from bt i will concentrate on getting mine to you first before i forget again lol

    Appreciate your input mate. If yer mate or another 04-07 rider wants one. They can add the details. Dunno how many runs Colin can do . May just need a slight adjustment to the original 08-11 one. Gonna try one on my RRW !!!
