Cheapest one I’ve seen for a while! There was a dealer in London trying to flog one a while back for £220k which I think was the old Honda UK hq show bike

Thanks @SimonRR , I'd never even heard of it because of its release in my biking hiatus - think marriage/family/divorce:(.

Might not rate favourably with the likes of RC30 & RC45, but an interesting piece nevertheless. I might lose some favour by claiming that it's not exactly a 'pretty' bike.

An experiment in engineering excellence at the time, but in reality it's probably best left in a collectors glass cabinet these days.

On a different note I have been tempted by a couple of Ape RS250s these guys have had on Ebay, but I'd rather they were UK market bikes.

Wow, DF, you're really in the groove! I wonder if we could share that HUGE underground car park space you use.(re pic of black Blade)

I have been looking at Honda NS250R/NS400R. Exactly as you've found, so many to most are direct imports from Japan - probably after having been ridden into the ground and 'refreshed'. Consequently, we can get no history as we can with a UK bike from a conscientious owner. But the cards always fall right to those who wait - example in question, Prince Harry's latest acquisition!:)

Always fancied one since they were first released and a few years ago they were a bargain, not so much now unfortunately.

The parking space is our security guys "most precious" they guard that parking list like the crown jewels. They couldn't give a toss about the contents and safety of the objects parked in them though. ;)
