    That pic was when I first bought it about 3 years ago and was standard, done a few bits since then! I had only owned it 2 days, pic was taken while camping at thruxton for BSB

    From a legal standpoint I think the copyright belongs to the photographer, not the model. Your only recourse to litigation would be if the terms of your 'Model Release' agreement were violated.


    You did sign a 'Model Release' agreement, didn't you Matt?

    Anyway, I think you'll find the plan is for the bike of the year is going on the calendar cover for next year.


    Unless there's a 1000rr.co.uk 'Arsing About' calendar in the offing...

    And no, I'm too busy at the moment.
