    Every day I hear different stories about what people should do if they are involved in a crash regardless if the Police attend or not it has really shown that many people don't actually have much idea of what their legal obligations are.

    So, I thought people may be interested to read what their legal obligations are that might also save them their licence

    Good to know the precise legal requirements, although how many drivers actually carry a copy of their insurance with them in the event of injury?

    Hence the reason why it must be reported as soon as practicable or in any case within 24 hours :)
