EDIT: See update below and make your mind up accordingly. ORIGINAL POST: Please avoid this organiser. Booked for snetterton months ago. They cancelled the day the week before and I've been chasing them since for a refund. Will now need to claim through my card provider. Constant excuses and lack of action.
UPDATE So it seems they have genuinely had a load of problems with their provider of their payment system which they've now subsequently changed. They've now given me a refund direct to my bank account, apologised and offered me a free spot later in the year to make up for it. I'm prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'll update this again in October after the day with a review. Hopefully they'll redeem themselves and we'll be back with them again in 2018.
