hi guys, iv been quoted £1400 for the axle and spacers ect for a quick release front wheel conversion, what do you think??
With the front been the easiest to change I wouldn't waste your money where the back wheel there has been many a time I just wanted to get a hammer and smack feck out of the rear brake caliper as it wouldn't go on and would say any money you wanted to spend on a QR system you would be better looking at the rear wheel not the front especially if you do trackdays or plan to as the rear is the one you will remove the most .
I always take caliper off the holder whack wheel and holder on then caliper it's sounds a FAF around but less stress I have no patience and it's only 2 bolts I don't know how it is in the Beemer though
im getting a harris rear swingarm too, just wanted to do the front for a little extra bling / ease of changing, want something a bit rare and different
