When I say complete with guard, all I mean is they may arrive at the same time but its an R&G guard for £65.00, the rad alone was £280.... still not bad me thinks...

I found coolant leaking from my 06 Blade Tuesday and have found a radiator in US and have read that a fix for my current rad is rad weld, k-seal or evostick putty.
Can someone advise me if there is any difference with a US rad and which product would repair the rad from the list and how safe these products are.
I am from the South East so any advise or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Ive not been on here for a while so hadn't seen this thread but I've got a radiator for an RR6 sat in my garage, if anyones still after one!!

I've also got a Bewolf rad guard sat in my garage if any of you lads still need 1, I wrongly bought it thinking it would fit my RR6.
£40 delivered if anyone wants it!!

    Good shout andrew.
Do you know what shape the Bewolf radguard is for as mine's an RR5.

I live in Kent, so down the road from you. Wouldn't suggest rad weld as a permanent fix myself, but did use it with success to get me home, have ridden the bike in all sorts of climate and road conditions since "fixing the rad"

Had a similar dilemma around 18 months ago after I put the rad weld in. Someone on here (sorry I've forgotten) recommended a chemical metal, think it may well have been the evo stuff.

I could clearly see where the leak was, so picked the shite from the rad weld and gave it a shot- 8 quid vs hundreds was worth it IMO.

18 months later, around 8k of ragging the bike and all's good. I still have the stuff i used but the labels worn off so will try and find the detail.

The other option before replacing it would be to look to a professional repairer, was getting quotes between £40 & £80, but all sad the would need to see it first prior to commitng to the repair.

Thanks guys. Im torn to be honest as mine is an RR5 which has the short plastic guard that covers the bottom few inches of the rad and also came with a fender extender on the back of the front mud guard.

So the question is, do i need a rad guard?
