So the computer I'm writing this on has 3,000,000 times that capacity on two drives that slide out on rails and can both fit in my coat pocket.

An older picture this but worth it I think.

The Saturn V launch vehicle was 363 feet in length.

    Look at the launch vehicle...

    Look at the exhaust plume...

    Crumpets anyone?

Do yourself a favour and mug someone with a half decent telescope and look at it for real. If you skinned the earth and stretched it across the visible disc of Jupiter it would be about the size of India on the surface of the earth.

In fact get your binoculars out, go outside now and look almost straight up and slightly to the south. That really bright bastard is Jupiter. Through 10x binocs you will see the four major moons easily.

If you can see the four major Jovian moons without aid, you're wasted in your chosen vocation.

Giv, go outside and stand facing Northwich. Then look straight up. Where the tip of your nose is is a really bright yellow star. Brighter than anything else in the sky that's not going to ringway. That's Jupiter.
