I'm looking for a set of those rear pegs replacement brackets
I found them on ebay for 53£ with another 36£ p&p, which is too expensive for what they are :D

anyone got a set they don't need anymore or have sold their blade and have them left??

or anyone want to make them?

send a pm please if you can help as my computer is stuffed and ain't on here that often at the moment ;)

    thanks

no I need it for my exhaust hanger to attach to it when I need another can for the quieter days, otherwise I'll have to be taking the subframe apart every time, which also means, the seat and the tank cover off, which is a pain in the ar$e ;)

Also it would make it easier to secure the bike in the van....

anyone has these available?? or know where I can purchase them? ( except ebay for 90£ )

I'll have a look to sketch something up over the x-mas period..

@sps, don't you think it's a lot of money for what it is?

    Here to help gents.
Bit dear for my wallet, but they are sculpted and anodized. Mine would be polished ally or stainless, slightly chamferred.

I think so yes! But I guess if you look at design, development, testing, materials, coatings, holding stock that's where the costs go.

that's great sps... thanks... now lets see what megawatt comes back with..

I dont really need the big hole at the bottom, as I wont be using it for transport ratchets. the arche at the bottom isn't needed either, just straight on straight.

Have a look Megawatt and let us know...

    thanks

Was hoping you wanted something with minimal sculpting on it and the same thickness all over. I don't have a milling machine , but will have a go at reducing the thickness of a small area. I make alloy parts using my vertical bandsaw, a pillar drill , an angle grinder and various filing / polishing tools. The longer it takes me , the more it will cost. I would obviously round off corners and make sure other parts aren't fouled by the brackets. Could the part have a slight bend in it instead of being machined thinner? 10mm thickness is completely unnecessary, 6mm alloy or 3mm stainless would more than do the job. If someone could do a simplified , scale drawing, so that I can copy it onto graph paper, cut out and drill, I will have a go after New Year and you can see what you think. I suspect the holding bolts are M8 thread?

M8 with clearance (8.5mm) for bolting to frame and M8 threaded for footpegs or exhaust hanger as skippy wants

    Quick sketch of a possible bracket using the dimensions given;
Does the hatched area at the top need removing?
I see from the Sato picture that the front section does need relieving. The simplest, cheapest way to get around this is to place a spacer washer behind the top left bolthole to give clearance at the top right bolthole?
The hatched area at the bottom could be removed, but no good reason for it, if the 25mm hole not required?
Blank drawing of bracket with no relieved areas.
    Thoughts please chaps?

So, no interest in these brackets now? Or did I get something wrong?
