Refitting radiator and coolant

    The header saga continues folks:rolleyes:
    All going well, in no small part to help from here;)
    Need to put the rad back on and fill up with coolant 50 ; 50 I beleive with a aluminium friendly anti freeze.
    Any tips on where is easiest to tip it in .......and avoid any airlocks.

    Well ... when I did the Samco hoses I poured it in the radiator and just squeezed the lower hoses to push the air out
    Then I ran the engine and let it warm up nicely with the cap off continuing to squeeze the hoses
    Then after the first ride out checked the expansion tank for level and topped up accordingly :)

    You can also run the bike without the rad cap on and let the air rise to the top as in the Haynes manual instructions.
