Regulator for 08+ Blade Wanted

    Guy,

    Do any of you have a regulator / rectifier for a 08+ Blade?

    I've just had the wires melt from the alternator to the reg, and having replaced them and tested, they are starting to get hot again.

    I whipped off the reg and tested it and it appears to be giving a bad readout on the top diode's.

    Ideally I'd like someone to test theirs too (or even pop round and test myself if your local). But I have a feeling I'm going to need a new one! :(

    no idea if an 07 is the same,but i do have 1 of those.

    Nope, the 04-07 are different to the 08+. Different connectors.

    Sorted this out a couple of weeks ago now anyway, cheers.
