Replacement hugger fittings

    Good morning Powerbronze

    I have yet to receive a replacent hugger fitting kit and can not get your company to respond to my emails to this regard.

    Following a number of problems with my purchase perhaps you could follow the timeline and communications with a view to critiquing your customer service.

    Could you please confirm that the fitting kit has been dispatched?

    Hope you get sorted to your satisfaction dude.Although its not a massive problem its amazing how something like this can piss you off every day because you have no control .(Time to get hold of the MD ) or if that doe's not work The MCN may take it up .

    Don't think I will be ordering from them now, full of problems and poor service from what I have heard so far! Hope you get your issues sorted Carl

    Looking at last nights viewing figures at one time there where about 30 forum members and 70 odd R1 owners looking for tips so perhaps over 100 plus dudes with bikes will be picking up bad vibes here .Not good business practice is it?

    We have no phone number for you and emails to AOL addresses are bouncing back to us. We've been trying to srt out the email thing for nearly a week now but so far nothing is fixing it.

    ANYWAY, please can you give us a call or send me a message with an alternate email address, or your phone number, so we can get in touch about the hugger.

    Thank you Leona, the fitting kit arrived today and I have provisionally fitted it to ensure it is correct.

    In in spite of all the previous problems the bracket is indeed correct and the shell is very good quality carbon. I'm now looking forward to fully fitting the hugger over the weekend and I will posts pics.

    Assuming my problems were isolated the quality of the hugger I now have is very good. May I suggest you go through the forum, my problems were resolved very quickly when I used this medium.
