Ok guys, I've searched for this and can't seem to find anything so I'm going to ask the question. My 2006 Blade has a zero gravity double bubble on and the gap between the screen and fairing seems a little bit big for my liking. I'm assuming the raised plastic under the fairing that fits in the recesses on the standard screen are to blame so is it possible to take the raised bits off to get a snugger screen to fairing fit or will it damage the fairing?

I've fitted a couple of different screens to my RR4 so I might be able to help you but I'm afraid that explanation is worthy of a soon-to-be-locked-in Crystal Maze contestant :D

Could we see some pics? It might help to understand your dilemma.

image.jpg image.jpg Ok so got pics of the offending gap and raised plastic I meant but on further inspection realised what a stupid question it was. It's fairly obvious to me now that the raised plastic is there to add strength to where the screens are attached.

The gap looks fine to me but I'm not really a stickler for perfection.
