    Greetings!
    There are a few questions.
    1) After installing LED I cut two holes in each headlight cover as shown in the picture below.
Cut out to cool the fans LED. Is this correct or could the lid be closed?
I can assume that street dust or water can get there. Also when washing you need something to close these holes.

    2) Installed exhaust LeoVince GP Pro EVO II. No PC5. No ECU flash. No O2 sensor.
At the start when the bike is not warmed up - the rpm immediately around 1800.
Only when it is already heated is 1100.
    This is normal?

I’ve left mine closed and haven’t had a problem running led lamps

Revs sound reasonable, modern day equivalent of the choke.

1 - Did almost the same in mine years ago, no problems so far
2 - Not an expert, but I assume it's normal

Agree on the revs, mine does similar.

LED and holes...I would stick some gaffer/duct tape over the holes when washing at the very least - a couple of seconds precaution could save hours of heartache

    One more question!
Why do some bikes have the rear end of this exhaust as new even after a few years?
I have all in black sludge. My blade burns some oil. How can this be cleaned to get the result in the photo?

Some bikes won't burn oil, but more likely some bikes don't do many miles and are owned by people with OCD like @nigelrb who clean them religiously whether the bike needs it or not :D
