My Sky box is rammed with BSB, WSB and Moto GP, might have to delete some stuff before Winter! ;)

Time to ring sky dude go though the motions of giving your 28 days notice because of bad service or faulty box .They will say it's not under warranty followed by a game of who blinks first ....end product new sky box delivered and installed.

No point ringing Sky for a Youview box problem, well unless it is to get Sky installed ;)

Alas the reliability of Broadband/Infinity type TV packages depends on a lot of factors, being close to the exchange helps, as does rebooting the box before you want to record anything important. I would like to get rid of my Sky package, but for me at least it is the most reliable service I can get where I am at the moment. A neighbour has a TT package, we are next to the exchange, but they still cant deliver a reliable service, at least BT do a good job, but I am not ready to rely on them yet for TV!

Personally I wouldn't touch TalkTalk. We had their broadband via the Post Office who switched suppliers from BT during our contract. The day I asked for a MAC to change provider to BT because it was cheaper and I got free BT Sport my connection went unreliable and the speed dropped from 2800k to 1600k. As soon we connected back to BT it went back up to 2800k.

    Coincidence?
