I know, as soon as you read a thread title like this you think ... what a dumbass !! I've gone to Settings / edit sig, I have my little piece of text, I've added a sig pic (less than 9kb) and it shows up in the edit sig page ( the box under sig text), save etc .... Still not showing on my posts.... ?? I need an idiots guide! .... heeelllppppp .....
Bugger !! Phantom, Yup I did... ? In the edit signature box I have my text 'All hail the HRC' In the box below I have uploaded my pic and it shows nicely, no probs. The 'Insert Pics' Tab I assume is just to bring your pic from a url or 'my computer' to that area, or is it to place the shown pic in the sig? I've tried both tbh, If I do hit 'Insert Signature Picture' while my pic is showing it just places text [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] before my sig text !!! I'm seriously thinking of changing my sig text to 'How hard can it be FFS' .... lol Cheers mate, obviously me, but I can't suss this !!

I tried both & [.IMG] [/.IMG] It didn't like the dot & at least without the dot it links both pics (which are the same, ones photobucket the other is held here) just dunno why it doesn't automatically show? Not life threatning.. but i'm on a poxy mission now... bit like being stuck behind a GSXR... lol
Phantom, The link works, but I can't get it to work in the Sig .... ? Where exactly do I put it ? This is bloody embarassing !!
I have.... both http links which are in sig section now have at the end of each code ???? Works fine on the post but not the sig?
Edit .... The code for the above pic was copy & pasted from the code in my sig ?? Spoooookey ..... the code is (without the 3 asterix) ?
Martin, I can't even get a different avatar apart from the stadard RR one, and mine are under 10k ..... I'm slowly losing the will to live ! Edit - Can I /We just confirm the format, I'm assuming .jpg are fine? It hasn't gotta be a .gif or something else ?? Tried both jpg & gif... no luck..
