it's a lovely concept, but I'd put a large sum on a comparison on a bike nobs vs car nobs and the resulting convictions being stronger on the bikes due to the somewhat poor public image we carry unfortunately... look at most peoples comments on social media etc surrounding bike accidents and casualties reported in the preess and the perception is usually "biker going to fast / riding like an idiot"... which i'm not denying is quite frequently the case.... but not always, yet we are always guilty until proven innocent imho. but I do honestly believe we get a firmer hand when we are dealt with the law. And judging by the guys total disregard and arrogant approach in the link posted - I'd be somewhat surprised if he was squeaky clean too
Totally agree with you, but I know they have sentencing guidelines which 'should' stop his Lordship doing that but hey ho you know us bikers are wild law breaking ruffians
