Hello, I am going to be doing a full track day at Knockhill tomorrow on my 2004 Blade with standard suspension. Just looking to see if anyone has any advice on suspension settings. I currently have it set up to factory settings as i do most of my riding on the road. Last time out at Knockhill a played about with the settings but I have no record of what I did. Any information on what you generally want from suspension on track would be much appreciated. I will be in the Intermediate group. Cheers, Dan
Just ride it if your used to it. But here should a suspension bloke there. And they usually do a good job. Worth 30£
