Not my bag, there's a bit too much retro/classic/cafe styling there for my liking. Don't like the idea of the halfway house between naked and sportsbike either. Get one or the other or better still get one of each! Price is a bit salty aswell.
Yeah I'm not decided on the part faring headlight thingy. A couple of years ago I'd said to the dealer they should stick a faring on the Speed RS. This isn't quite what I'd imagined though. Saying that I'll probably go and check it out in the showroom when it lands.
Thunderbirds are go !! I like the look of it. A bit understated in looks for what is a proper weapon. Someone on a V4 with all the winglets might think they have someone on some kind of old school BSA behind them - then they are in for a shock. If they can make it look like a quality item, with deep lush paint then it will probably do well. A sort of understated gentleman's weapon.
Not for me neither. It's caught in bett the two, a bike to that doesn't really know what it's meant to be. I'll stick with my Tuono for now
Looks aside, I like it. TBH before I settled on getting the 'blade I was booked in for a testride on a new Thruxton RS, thinking I might buy the faired cafe racer version, but the stealership couldn't get any in due to supply chain issues. I will go back there in the spring and sit on the crop of new Triumphs, to see if they can put an end to my Honda 'habit'.
