    Sprocket dilema???

Hey guys just about to fit my new Stealth Supersprox and Tsubaki Sigma chain when I removed the front sprocket it's totally different to the one Honda sent me
It's the same size and all but it has no rubber cushioning and it's slightly heavier! It's a JT brand!
I phoned Twowheels Honda I bought it from they told me that's what they stock as Honda sprockets are ridiculously expensive £42 where as I paid £14!!!
Now the sprocket I took of the bike looks in very good nick! 12k miles of nick! No deformation of the teeth pretty sweet actually ;) could I fit that back on with my new goodies?

Now is it a case of stop being a whining bitch Trev  and fit the new stuff ffs or yes you do have the right to be concerned and

    Answers on a postcard!:D

None of my after market sprockets have had the cushion on, it will work fine, but be a little more transmission noise, I would always go New sprockets with new chain

Yeah I was thinkin that too it's just the sprocket I got was a £5 cheaper than I could find it online but for it's size it is quite a bit heavier but the chain and Supersprox should be lighter than I've just takin off so hopefully balance out :D there is some differences in price £42 Honda original and I don't think that includes vat! They really do kick the arse out of it when pricing their parts

I believe the rubber is there for damping purposes only.

Just make sure when you install the new kit the chain is running straight.
