All my dealings with HR have been bad or a waste of time. Just before I retired, they made my leaving as difficult as possible. Used to think they were there to make things better and easier for the staff, but no, just easier for the management and themselves. Fookin glad I'm well out of it now! Er indoors is my HR dept now, gawd help me!!!
Well said mate, thanks for the posts guys no offence taken. I have no issues at all on the topic of the thread and the reasons for it, was purley making a point ref the slating of a profession. Megs, thanks for your two penny's worth- As a senior manager with a large corperate firm I speak from experiance. Ever thought that what goes around comes around and perhaps all your years of being a pain in the arse come back on you?
