    Seemingly they were around 90K short for extra safety barriers, you'd think the business to the town of Scarborough would have warranted the council assisting some more. Local businesses will suffer as well as fans and competitors. :(

    They won't be 90k short, it will be 90K they don't want to spend, the Auto 66 club has been on the go for about 50 years, you can't tell me in all them years they don't the resourses to make the track safe, they will make 90k with 3000 spectators at the mount.
    I'm sorry but i don't rate Mr Hillaby as a person or organiser.

    Ive only ever been the once, 2016 I think it was. Dont remember how much I paid but seen a few things lately saying its £40 to get in?

    Yes that's for a weekend £50 reduced to 40 for advanced sales. This includes a paddock pass which is worthwhile.

    Never met him so can't comment. From takings they'll have quite a lot of expenses and running costs I suppose but yes take your point. It would be interesting to see the figures.

    From my experience of him (10 years) he is the perfect example of a poor leader. He is a bully, arrogant, I could go on, lol
