Got to go to Wales tomorrow so if anyone fancies a ride down that way, let me know. Im heading from Farnham, Surrey to just inside the Welsh border to Chepstow but may carry on and find some good roads. I have to be in Chepstow at 6pm, but that is my only deadline - going to take a route something like the below - if anyone knows a nicer one, dont be shy!
I'm in Bristol and heading to chepstow tomorrow to go to mid wales. But am meeting a mate at 10AM in chepstow. as for great roads I would really suggest getting to chippenham then follow the A420 toward castle combe. very nice fast flowing road. Reason I know the roads well and between bath and Bristol is not very good or very fun
Had a good run! Lovely stretch was from Stonehenge to a nice town called Devizies. Surface wasnt great but lovely fast flowing sections. Yes, Bath to Bristol was pretty crap - next time i'll go the suggested route! cheers
