A mate of mine was pulled the other day by the constabulary. He was told that it was an offence to obscure his disc with his boot heel while riding! How petty is that! I had mine located behind the reg plate, too late for plod do anything about it now though because as reported elsewhere some thieving bar stewards stole my bike!
    New one on its way!

In me old car i always displayed it on the offside ( drivers side ) turns out the poolice neva liked that either as when i overtook a car b it traffic or normal, plod they cudnt see it, but the law itself states it has to be clearly displayed, doesn't say it has to be clearly displayed on the near side so plod doesn't spill his coffee or drop his donut craning to see me tax disc, just says " clearly displayed " its behind a clear glass how much more clear u want it?!!! May do the same with me car tax on the put put i got now :) :)
