Bike has gone, so unashamed sales plug, will be putting up a number of service and brake items later, assuming some of you know one end of a screwdriver from the other and do your own work
Nope just sold it to a dealer, can’t be ars*d with the whole tyre kickers and dreamers brigade cluttering up my drive and taking precious hours out of my life that are getting more valuable by the day as I get older
Can you give me a rough idea of what time so I can have a look at the advert before Nigel...er I mean @mk3golfcab sneaks in and buys it all.
That’s your choice and certainly saves the aggravation - you might consider naming the dealer and posting your last picture of the bike so anyone on here looking for a change will know it’s been looked after. Good luck with whatever’s next on your shopping list.
Not sure where it will end up, as I think they funnel a lot through the trade, but they came up with the wonga I was looking for and it was quick, clean and painless. It was a 2014, RRE non ABS, HRC ending OZX. So if anyone stumbles over it happy to give my views, which are very positive on it. Just PM me.
Keeping tight lipped at present, too many things can happen between wanting something and actually getting it. Did the Triumph gig and supporting British bikes when they launched the T595, done that, ticked that box
Triumph is definitely a different beast these days and so is the quality. Looking forward to seeing where you go next.
We all need that change as what we want from bikes can be different at times. I've not had a blade for over a year now as never quite jelled with the rrb as much as I did with my first rr7. Recently got a triumph tiger 1050 after frowning on that style of bike but I've really clicked with it and wish I'd switched sooner. Got my trusty old zx12 if i need more horsepower. Good luck in what you choose.
