As I'm dropping off my Showa forks tomorrow for new cartridge upgrading, I'm thinking about getting the fork tubes coated as well There are 2 types of coating available, Titanium Nitride and Diamond-Like Carbon. Both reduce friction between the seals and tube and also protect the fork tubes. Has anyone had this service done on their bikes and if so what do you think of the results ??
