I can’t help you with the exhaust but we have a few tins in the cupboard, Ling has a great recipe for them with Chinese sausage if you’re interested.

    1. Sling a few tins of sardines in tomato sauce in a wok or frying pan along with some finely chopped onions and garlic. Cook until the onions have softened and it heated through.
    2. Boil the sausage (available from most Chinese supermarkets) in a pan of water until they change colour to white, don’t worry you will know when they are cooked.
    3. Whilst all that is going on chop some cucumber into thin strips and more raw onion.
    4. Serve with boiled rice and a hot sambal.

It’s quick and tasty, although the Chinese sausage is a bit of an acquired taste. I like most South East Asian food but draw the line at chicken’s feet; luckily Ling doesn’t like them either. Oh, and her mothers boiled chicken, man, that is gross.

I'm undecided on mine at the mo, have to give it a proper test when back up and running.
I promised first refusal to Phil but will add you to list if it comes too selling.
It wins hands down on looks but is very loud so means I could never ride to work, unless I want to piss the neighbours of at 4am!
